We at Eagle and Pearl want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our jewelry comes with a money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any non-made to order unused pieces within 30 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement.

Returning Your Order

Non-made to order items can be returned by Post within 30 Days for an exchange or refund as we confirmed above. Only the product prices will be reimbursed, as the postage or the carrier charges are non-refundable. 

Earrings will be sent out in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons — a refund or replacement request will be processed if the seal is intact upon return. 

Please obtain a proof of posting when returning your items and ensure delivery is signed for, as we will not issue a refund or send an exchange item without receiving the original item(s) first. We recommend that jewelry is returned via an insured trackable service.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items and the original payment credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of goods, less any delivery costs. It may take an additional 7-10 days to credit your account.

Exchanges

On the occasion of an exchange request, we will send the exchanged new goods back to you with no additional postage cost to the address you have registered on our website while placing your initial order or otherwise advised by you. The order will be dispatched using the previous mode of shipment and email will be sent to you with the shipping information.

Exclusions

Made to order jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Due to their personalized nature, altered or engraved jewelry is non-returnable.

Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated terms will be refunded as a credit note at the discretion of Eagle and Pearl.

In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
